Air-Oil heat exchangers are used to cool hydraulic oil by transferring heat to ambient air. They are ideal for mobile and industrial equipment where water-based cooling is not available. Depending on the application, the fan can be driven by AC-, DC electric or by hydraulic motors.

Emmegi MG series, are designed for efficient cooling of hydraulic circuits and are typically installed in return lines. The range offers a wide selection of high-performance models with various flow configurations (1, 2, or 4 passes) and optional thermostatic valves to reduce water consumption.

Compact, high-efficiency units designed for cooling hydraulic oil using mains water. The internal plate geometry enhances thermal transfer between fluids, ensuring stable operating temperatures and extending oil life. Standard models are compatible with mineral oils. Autonomous Cooling Groups such as Silent Evo 3, RID and DCO are plug-and-play air-oil units with built-in pump, filter, and fan-cooled heat exchanger. They operate independently of the main circuit, offering easy installation, low noise, and reliable oil cooling and filtration.

Beyond component selection, AgniVent brings in-depth expertise in airflow optimization, ensuring ideal fan configuration, precise drive selection, and, where required, viscous clutch integration. This guarantees maximum cooling efficiency and reliable operation under real-world conditions.

HPEX series are designed for use in environments with potentially explosive gases, such as zone 1 and zone 2. Certified to directive 2014/34/EU and compliant with ISO 80079-36 and -37, they offer reliable cooling performance where safety is critical. Suitable for industrial applications requiring group II, category 2G protection.

Heat exchangers from the HPAM series are designed for use in aggressive marine and offshore environments with high humidity and salinity. Built to meet C5 corrosion resistance standards (UNI EN ISO 12944:2018), they are suitable for port facilities, offshore platforms, vessels, and other coastal or chemical installations.

CC series combi coolers are designed for compressors, combining oil and compressed air cooling in a compact layout. Easy to integrate with different power levels, they are available with IP55 electric motors and 230/400V 50 Hz three-phase supply.
